Workplace Workshops for Mental Health & Wellbeing

Evidence-based workshops to help teams understand stress, burnout and navigate
the demands of work and life.

Work is only part of what
people are carrying.

Behind the meetings, deadlines, and day-to-day responsibilities, people are navigating their own lives. Stress, loss, relationship challenges, and the pressure to keep everything going can follow us into the workday.

Unravel Care’s workshops offer space to better understand these experiences, learn practical skills, and have conversations that often get overlooked at work.

Grounded in evidence-based approaches, these workshops make psychological concepts accessible and connect them to everyday experiences—offering practical ways to navigate stress and understand emotions.

Sessions bring together guided discussion, reflection, and opportunities to practise new skills. Mindfulness, breathing, and gentle movement can also be incorporated to complement the learning.

Offered virtually or in person, workshops can be adapted for workplaces, schools, and community organizations, with content shaped around your group’s needs.

Get in touch with a little about your team and what you have in mind. Together, we can explore topics and a format that suit your needs.

Meet Elaine

I’m Elaine Clark, founder of Unravel Care, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher.

My work draws on my training in psychotherapy and nutrition, alongside more than 15 years of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness and retreats. These perspectives inform my interest in how emotional experiences, physical needs, relationships, and daily demands interact.

I bring a warm, conversational approach to teaching, with space for curiosity, questions, and the realities of people’s lives.
